Launch of trial operation of the "Opti-Loading" web-service
Pilot operation of the system for optimizing the loading of containers with lumber packages started at JSC Lesosibirsky LDK No. 1 - one of the largest lumber and fiberboard manufacturers in Russia.
Lesosibirsky LDK No.1 JSC is one of Russia's largest producers of sawn timber and fibreboard.
The system imports order specifications, automatically selects the lumber packages from the warehouse that meet the requirements of these specifications, and automatically allocates the packages to containers in compliance with all placement requirements. The results are displayed in the web interface, in the form of reports, and are also transferred to the Customer's accounting system.
Lesosibirsky LDK No.1 JSC is a member of Segezha Group holding of AFK Sistema Corporation. Company has a round timber sawing capacity of 1.5 million cubic metres per year.
