The implementation of Opti-Paper started in Perm Pulp and Paper Mill
PCBK group of companies chosed russian MES-system Opti-Paper for cardboard and paper mills. The system was developed for paper and cardboard producting control. During 2024 consulting group of Opti-Soft company made pre-project reseach and collected software requirements for production planning and control automation. The implementation of system was started at 29 of april. Mathematical models and algorithms using in system will find optimal cardboard and paper production plan for 2 cardboard making machines and paper making machine. Quality control function will allow to control paper and cardboard quality parameters, solve the quality problems, hold and analise quality parameters of ready goods.
The finish of implementation will be at the end of the year.
