Software export to "SWOODS Export"
The implementation of Opti-Sawmill control modules continues at the SWOODS Export plant in the Republic of Belarus.
In August 2024, the software module "Volumetric Planning" was successfully implemented at the enterprise.
In December 2024, the "Calendar Planning" module was put into trial operation, which, based on the calculations of the first "Volume Planning" module, automatically generates detailed shift assignments for the sawmill site and transmits them to 1C-ERP, which allowed:
- reduce the time for preparing shift assignments from 4 hours to 30 minutes
- optimize the operation of the enterprise, reducing the time spent on equipment changeover as much as possible
- increase efficiency by changing the sequence of lumber production from different orders.
- promptly track the output of products on orders
Work continues on the implementation of other modules. Full integration of the Opti-Sawmill system Integration into production processes will allow the company to plan and optimize its work, determine the cost, deadlines and marginality of each order even at the stage of its approval with the client.
