Upgrade of planning and control system Opti-Corrugated of PJSC Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill is finnished. PJSC Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill is one of the biggest enterprises in Europe on cardboard and paper production, is part of the Austrian Pulp Mill Holding. The new vertion of Opti-Corrugated is launched. Now Opti-Corrugated has full connect to Microsoft DAX ERP system, BHS corrugators, convertion mashines and transportation mashines. The system works 24 hours per day and allows to make full plan and corruteted box making plant managenent in real time.

An agreement has been concluded for installing the Opti-Corrugated production planning system at JSC Primorsky cardboard plant. The new factory was builded and started on autumn of 2019. The enterprise produses corrugeted cardboard box in Primorsky Krai.

From December 3 to 6, with the support of the Corporation for Development of the Republic of Karelia Opti-Soft participated in the Woodex exhibition (Moscow).

An agreement was signed to conduct a pre-project survey of production processes at the OOO TD Bryansk cardboard company (Bryansk). The "TD Bryansk cardboard" has been manufacturing packaging containers from corrugated cardboard since 2001 for the markets of Russia and the Republic of Belarus.

The Opti-Sawmill system has been successfully used at PJSC "Solomenskiy Sawmill" since 2011. As part of the new maintenance contract, during 2020 we will improve the module for volume production planning, and make other updates according to customer specifications.

The Opti-Corrugated system has been successfully used at OOO PP Migan-Pak (Schelkovo, Moscow region) since 2014. Under the contract, during 2020 the system will be updated according to customer specifications.

The Opti-Corrugated system has been successfully used at OOO UniTechUpak (Mytishchi, Moscow region) since 2017. Under the contract, during 2020 the system will be updated according to customer specifications.

An agreement has been concluded for installing the Opti-Corrugated production planning system at JSC Novosibirsk KBK. The installed modules will include: accounting of production orders, technological charts, manufactured products and semi-finished products and warehouse inventory of materials; volume, calendar and operational production planning; planning the operation of corrugator, processing lines and finished goods shipment; optimization of corrugated board cutting; dispatching of production orders; automation of job preparation for production lines; quality control of finished and semi-finished products.

During 18-21 June 2019 with support of AO "Russian Export Center" we will participate in RosUpack 2019 exhibition and present our planning and management system Opti-Corrugated for enterprises, producing corrugated cardboard goods.
