Sokolsky DOK JSC is a member of Segezha Group of Sistema Corporation. The company ranks first in Russia for the production of glued laminated timber house sets. The annual volume of wood processing is 400 000 m3. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to solve tasks of optimal volume planning and scheduling, evaluation of customer requests, planning and managing of house sets sales, and integration with existing accounting systems.

The implementation of Opti-Corrugated has been completed at UniTechUpak LLC (Mytishchi, Moscow region). The units for pre-production preparation, optimal preliminary and operational planning, and production management were launched. Integration with technological equipment has been implemented: controllers for on-line production data collection were installed on corrugators and processing lines. Users are able to control production in real time. In 2019 the launch of the second production site in Klin will begin.

A preliminary survey was started at the corrugated cardboard producer LLC "RealPAK" (Kazan).

On November 07-08 we participated at XII Conference of plywood enterprises of Russia and CIS countries "Modernization and optimization of production" in St. Petersburg (https://faninst.ru/) with presentation "Opti-Plywood: optimal planning of production and sales of plywood"

The implementation of the Opti-Corrugated was completed at the VolgaGofroPak LLC enterprise (Togliatti, Samara Region). The tasks of optimal production planning of corrugated cardboard were solved, 20 workstations were automated, integration with existing accounting financial systems was performed.

The Opti-Sawmill system has been successfully used at PJSC "Solomenskiy Sawmill" since 2011. As part of the new maintenance contract, the module for volume production planning will be improved.

On October 22-25 we took part in LesDrevMash-2018 exhibition (Moscow), which demonstrates the latest global achievements and presents the development trends and challenges of the Russian forestry industry. The company's own stand presented a line of production planning software systems that covers the production processes from forest management and logging to shipment of the finished goods of the pulp-and-paper mill: Opti-Wood for logging enterprises; Opti-Sawmill for sawmills and woodworking enterprises; Opti-Plywood - for plywood production; Opti-Loading - for goods shipment; Opti-Storage - for warehouse management.

During 26-29 June 2018 we participated in RosUPAK 2018 exhibition and presented our planning and management system Opti-Corrugated for enterprises, producing corrugated cardboard goods. RosUpack is the largest packaging industry event in Russia and Eastern Europe.

Installation of Opti-Sawmill production planning system started at AO "Bely Ruchei" (Vologda region) sawmill. Opti-Sawmill will be integrated with existing accounting and financial systems and solve problems of optimal production planning, logs sorting parameters optimization, and customer orders evaluation.
